My new single “Wild & Precious Life” is coming. This song is a mirror.

As a U.S. citizen living in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul community, I am shocked, horrified, and deeply hurt by what we are witnessing in our neighborhoods right now. Families living in fear. Communities fractured. Neighbors disappearing. War raids happening around us are not abstract headlines — they are affecting real people with real lives, right here at home.

This song was written from a place of questioning, listening, and choosing love when everything feels loud and broken.

“Wild & Precious Life” is about remembering our shared humanity — that time is a gift, that we don’t get to decide when it ends, and that choosing compassion is an act of courage.

“Stand up… What will you do with your wild and precious life?”

This story belongs to the people of Minnesota and to all of us across the United States. It’s about inclusion, understanding, outreach, and standing together in peace during dark days. It’s about believing — fiercely — that tomorrow can be better if we refuse to turn away from one another.

I offer this song as hope.
As solidarity. 
As a reminder that love is still louder than fear.
